who I work with

I work with women and mothers who feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and like they can’t see themselves in their own life. In motherhood, we are often fed the narrative of getting back - getting back to who we were, to life as it was before.

You may be experiencing feelings of desperation and are unsure where to start or have tried things without success trying to connect to self. You may be a new mother or an experienced mother but somewhere along the way you get this feeling that you lost yourself. But it's deeper than that, you can feel that you have checked out and are ready to come back home to self, to build and create a relationship to self of deep love and trust. You are not trying to go back to who you were but to fully step into who you are now. To stop hiding parts of yourself in the dark corners trying to keep those around you comfortable and at ease all the while you are tampering who you are in order to keep the peace or keep some type of order or control. It may even feel like you're drowning, barely keeping your head above water most days.

In motherhood we are often fed the narrative of getting back - getting back to who we were, to life as it was before, getting our bodies back. Like we are supposed to exist as if we didn’t just create life and go through a massive life initiation. Going back is a great disservice in stepping into who we are now. We are changed, different, also birthed anew, and mothers deserve the space and time to get reacquainted and build relationships with this newer more full version of themselves.

To stop the panic of wondering how you're supposed to go back to how anything was before when you feel like a completely different human, because you are.

We work on building relationships with self, understanding and knowing who you are, in order to set boundaries and live a life that feels connected to who you are, not to who you think you should be or what you think others expect of you. To move away from the overwhelming stress and tension of getting through the day and build capacity for joy and pleasure. The ability to connect with your inner knowing, your innate wisdom, and be comfortable and in love with who you are. Embracing all pieces and parts of yourself and your experiences.
